5. Terms & Conditions of Service

a) Booking & Confirmation
A move is confirmed only after receiving a verbal or written agreement and partial advance payment.
Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
b) Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a confirmed booking:
100% refund if canceled 3 days before move.

50% refund if canceled within 24–48 hours.

No refund if canceled on the move day (due to manpower reservation).

c) Service Limitations
We do not move the following:
Hazardous chemicals, flammable items, or gas cylinders.

Liquids that may spill or leak.

Cash, jewelry, or personal valuables.

Such items must be handled personally by the customer.
d) Liability & Insurance
While we take every measure for safety, unforeseen events like natural disasters, road accidents, or theft are beyond our control.
Hence, we recommend full transit insurance for all shipments.
In case of damage during transit, compensation will be processed as per insurance policy terms.
e) Delays Due to External Causes
Unavoidable delays caused by traffic jams, strikes, or weather conditions will be communicated in advance.

f) Customer Responsibilities

All our staff are trained and verified, but the company is not responsible for personal valuables left unpacked without our knowledge.

Damage claims, if any, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for valid processing.

While utmost care is taken, minor wear or surface scratches during heavy lifting are considered normal handling effects.
